Before installing the appbuilder, please complete the required System Requirements and make sure your Ionic-CLI has been able to make an blank apk.

1. Login to your account on Codecanyon. Choose Downloads from a menu
2. Now, click a Download button in which item you want to download
   
3. Let's extract a source to your local computer. You can see documents.zip and rev19.xx.xx.zip files
4. Then extract rev19.xx.xx.zip file and copy all files to your htdocs on your XAMPP folder, usually this folder is on: c:\xampp\htdocs or d:\xampp\htdocs
5. You would access the properties of folder by right-clicking it, then selecting Properties from the appearing context menu. in Tab General, unchecked read-only then click OK
   
6. Now, run your browser and open the website http://localhost/rev19.xx.xx
7. Then follow the activation guide
